Smoking Threads Apparel — Sales & Artwork Terms

By placing an order with Smoking Threads Apparel, you agree to the following:

Custom Orders

All custom and personalized sales are final once artwork is approved and production begins. Customers are responsible for checking sizes, colors, spelling, names, numbers, and design details before approval.

Artwork Approval

Once artwork is approved, Smoking Threads Apparel is not responsible for errors contained in the approved design. Minor differences in color, placement, or appearance may occur during printing or embroidery.

Artwork Ownership

Original artwork, designs, mockups, and production files created by Smoking Threads Apparel remain the property of Smoking Threads Apparel unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

DST & Embroidery Files

All DST and embroidery digitizing files created by Smoking Threads Apparel are for Smoking Threads Apparel's production use only. DST files will not be provided, transferred, sold, shared, or released to customers or other embroidery businesses.

Payment for digitizing or embroidered products covers the setup and production service and does not transfer ownership or usage rights of the DST file.

Customer-Supplied Artwork

By submitting a logo, image, trademark, or other artwork, the customer confirms they own it or have permission to use it.

Final Sales

Custom products are generally non-refundable and non-returnable unless Smoking Threads Apparel makes a production error or the product is defective.
